I have never been treated so badly in a hospital in my life. I went to the ER with huge absesses, a fever, body aches, dizziness, and leg pain and weakness that had been going on for over a week. The first doctor that I saw was extremely rude. I had blood tests and an xray and a urine test. I wasn't allowed to have anything to drink or eat until the tests came back. I was extremely thirsty because of the fever. They gave me no meds for pain or to reduce my fever until I was finally given IV antibiotics and an IV pain med. Af... read more

Horrible care team, took 6+ hrs to be seen. In pain so bad I was layed out on the floor and not once was I checked on. Did a scan didn't tell me what was wrong gave me pain pills and sent on my way. Now I'm getting bills all because my Michigan health never did the paperwork on their end for the VA approval. Billing department is still working on my "case". 22 days later and they can't figure out how to submit an insurance claim. This isn't the first time they have messed up. One and only emergency room visit. Dr. Talher and Tabitha were great. We are from out of town with an injury. Visit was a reasonable length of time. Very pleasant bedside manner. Plan of action made sense. I appreciate the kindness in a time of uncertainty.

Waited 6 hours for results. They did labs, xray, and EKG. Nobody ever kept us updated, so after the doctor said we could discharge, we left without signing discharge instructions. Will not go here again.
