Was seen 10/17/24 by Heather, both she and the MA were absolutely wonderful. The MA explained the testing that she was doing on me very thoroughly. Both were very caring and compassionate. Would definitely return here again if ever needed.
My husband woke up this morning with an ear that was 100%shut off. Sarah (I hope that's her name!) She cleaned his ear out and you should have seen his smile when she was all done. Wonderful, wonderful job!
Make sure to do their job for them and triple check that your insurance is accepted. I just received a surprise bill in the mail that says "self pay". The receptionist received my daughters insurace card to copy, and I also filled out the insurance group and ID number. Not one time during our visit were we told our insurance was not accepted and we would be responsible for the bill. Probably scamming people for money.
