From the woman who brought me back into the room to the British woman that was the nurse, their disposition (although cordial at times) is over shadowed by rudeness, rolling their eyes at us, being short with us, trying to make us feel stupid, very short communication and irritated that they even have to see us. I wasn't going to leave a review but the last straw was drawn today. Back in July I went to this clinic and while there, the provider insulted a family member (not even present) 3 times. I went to receive medical care, not to have my family insulted. And, I submitted a complaint to the network and it was not satisfactorily handled. Then, today, when I went to pay the bill they were still charging me for insulting my family, the representative felt the need to lecture me on how I read them my cc#. Just visited this clinic and had a great experience every single person there was really super friendly, caring and nice and I felt like I got really good care! I was fortunate to not have a long wait.
Traveling through the UP to Canada. Stopped here on a Sunday to see a physician to get a blood pressure prescription. Was refused a consultation as chronic conditions were outside the treatment scope for this location. I said it was urgent to me, and could become serious if not treated. The PA suggested I stay overnight and have my doctor call in the prescription to a local pharmacy. Although at risk I continued across to Canada.
