Every time I see an ad for My MD or, just now, read a glowing article about this wonderful medical service offered by Concierge Medicine, I am once again engulfed in sadness, resentment, and anger. My husband was a patient for several years before Dr. MacDonell chose to take “a more personal approach” to medicine. Dr. Richard and his staff were friendly and thorough during my class 1 physical. I would definitely recommend his office.
Dr Mac Donell has provided AME services to me for the past 3 years. He and his staff are always very attentive and professional. He has my highest recommendation.
His lack of understanding and doctor discretion has caused me much trouble in the line of my duties. I do not reccomend this doctor for an aviation medical exam if you are a veteran.
