Myleth has been amazing to work with! She made everything so easy and broke things down into very easy and simple to understand terms that I really needed as a first time homebuyer. She worked with my mortgage company and took care of hard negotiations and helped the inspector with so much. The previous owners left holes in the walls, and after close, AFTER CLOSE, Myleth was planning to come over and patch them up.
