Here's my experience with Top Gun DUI: you go into the law firm because somewhere you still have a belief that Myles Berman will come save you from a DUI conviction. I agree with Peter Spookey's negative comments. I was also taken advantage of under the guise that Berman was going to handle my case, and turned it over to an intern. The coup de grace, is how he saw me at a fragile moment, and asked for my credit card and he himself ran it through to get the money $10,000 upfront. Wasted money, as I would have gotten the same outcome with the judge had I gone on my own on my case. Suggest one shops around, or stop by rehabs class, as you will get all the advise you need from them.
