Best experience ever! Cannot say enough great things about Mylenbusch. I have NEVER experienced such service after the sale, especially in the automotive business. I truly cannot tell you what it means to us to have a company stand behind a used auto sale. Fixing things after the sale, providing a great loaner vehicle while they work on it. Just fabulous. I don't think I'll ever buy a vehicle anywhere else. If you are anywhere near St Charles BUY HERE!
My oh My Mylenbusch!!! It has been over a year since we bought our Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT and I can't say anything bad about the quality, sales experience or the the way we were treated from the time we walked onto the lot until now. Though we have not had the need to go back until now, I have sent many people there and have not heard but one bad comment, and that person left and bought through a FRIEND, and in the last 4 months has spent $1,000 on the used car they bought.
Shady This place is terrible. The place they take the cars to to get safety and inspections is with them. Most if not all the cars are unsafe. There mechanic rigs things so the car will run but it is very unsafe. NEVER EVER get a car from here. Worst place I've ever been to and I plan on reporting them to the better business to put them out of business. They are breaking the law. When you sell a car you are selling it as is but they are legally responsible to tell what is already wrong with it. DON'T GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!!
Honest and True Last January, my husband and I were looking for a Suburban. So we turned to the internet.and found MYLENBUSCH. They had the Suburban we were looking for....it had everything that we wanted, and then some, so we drove to Saint Charles in the worst snow storm of 2008, test drove the Suburban, and bought it the same day!!
