These people don't have complete stairs to ship. I bought a stair kit, got it out and started to inventory and assemble. Found I had not hardware nor shim spacers. Contacted them two days later and they said they ship them, a week went by and I contacted them again and they said no they didn't ship yet but they'd put a rush on it.........waited another week, contacted them and Home Depot and they admitted they didn't even have the parts needed in stock so they couldn't ship them but that they'd put a rush on them again guara... read more

This review so far is only for the ordering process, since my stairs still haven't arrived and are now 2 months late. In the beginning, they'll treat you as their most important client to get the process going, but expect it to be downhill from there. I was originally quoted a 2 month timeline to have my monostringer stairs built and delivered. Our sales rep confirmed that they were on track throughout the touchpoints, but as we got closer to the delivery date, we got no response. The delivery date passed, and I got no resp... read more
