Secret pricing. Clunky process. Thousands more dollars just to use white oak instead of red oak treads for no reason other than gouging customers. All sorts of threats in the delivery process instructions if you aren’t available, yet they no-showed two different confirmed appointment windows. Not impressed.

The stairs are very sturdy and high quality. I was surprised how well packaged everything came in the pallet.
