We love our stairs. The customer service folks were easy to work with — and the stair kit was delivered on time and was easy to install. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. Shipped the wrong dimensions that was clearly stated on the plans. Then proceeded to try to charge us 700-1000$ more to fix their mistake and say we signed an acknowledgment form, but we argued the dimensions are wrong. They don’t want to listen. Just another money hungry business with no integrity.

[Update Jan 2026: The installed stairs look outstanding and function perfectly! They were also surprisingly affordable.] We haven't finished installing the spiral staircase just yet but will update this review with pics when we do. It was good to find a company that offers a staircase for someone on a budget. There was actually a hiccup in the delivery process, but customer service straightened it all out.
After weeks of design discussion with their sales team, I was sold. I purchased a prefab staircase and custom railing. Upon receipt, I opened the packages to find several missing components. I then worked with the same sales team to remedy the solution. My replacement order was shipped. Upon receipt, I was missing hardware and my components were an incorrect size.
