I Contacted Mylen using their On-line "Detailed Project Description Page". And, even Attached a Photo of the existing Construction site location, to assist them with my Spiral Staircase Project. Several few weeks passed, but No Response? So today, I decided to Contact Mylen by phone, but None of the information I provided, was in their system? Not good
Working with the team members was great! Very quick responses and the Iron spiral staircase was exactly what we wanted!
The stairs are very well made. The installation is straightforward. A variety of bolts and screws are provided which requires several different bits. I would buy another product from Mylen.
Great company. We accidentally cut a baluster too short and Mylen Stairs sent a replacement free of charge. I expected to pay for it.
