Dr. Facelo is and has always been the most caring and professional doctor I've ever had the pleasure to provide correct answers, advice, away ahead our medical issues and needs. Dr. Facelo is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen. She is thorough, tenacious and an incredibly kind human being. I have a chronic condition and she has helped me tremendously. I cannot say enough wonderful things about both her skills as a physician and her compassion as a person. Kim is also wonderful and they make a terrific team. My only hesitation in giving five stars on this review is that she will become even busier than she already is as more people discover how great she is! She deserves all the stars!

A wonderful caring provider, glad to have her as part of imy healthcare team! Edit, I adore Dr Facelo but will be leaving the practice due to Kim, her medical assistant. I’ve had Kim call me to cancel appointments, deny me my thyroid labs, and the latest is refusing the follow up TMC ordered after a hospital stay staying that I must see the doctor before they will test me for a kidney clearance- I saw Dr Facelo 4 days ago before I got Ill. . It's sad that Dr. Facelo can give great care but Kim can't answer a simple question. Nor does she reply and wastes time that I have to pay for. I asked 1 simple question which may or may not have had me to make another appointment. How can you depend on a team who can't even correlate a phone call. "She has a lot of patients.." maybe know your limit? Why do I have to deal with your inability to take care or even call back a patient? Do not come here unless you want to be on a waitress for an unresponsive and unkind staff.
