After an ER visit with a heart rate in the 30s, I couldn't get a follow-up appointment for over 2 weeks. I was told "nothing available unless someone cancels." The office claims I have no insurance despite active coverage. After providing documentation, my messages went unanswered for 6+ days. Dr Facelo has been amazing at helping me keep my medical issues under control. Every time I come in, she has a warm smile and remembers everything that we have been working on and actually looks at my chart to see if there’s anything new.
I love my new Osteopath/PCP, primary care doctor. She is smarter than the average bear, views the body as a whole instead of in pieces, and truly cares about her patients. I can ask her anything and she can dumb down the medical jargon so I better understand the meaning of tests, results, health concerns and options to improve my health. I feel like she really cares. Yippee! I finally found a good one.
Dr. Facelo is and has always been the most caring and professional doctor I've ever had the pleasure to provide correct answers, advice, away ahead our medical issues and needs. Dr. Facelo is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen. She is thorough, tenacious and an incredibly kind human being. I have a chronic condition and she has helped me tremendously. I cannot say enough wonderful things about both her skills as a physician and her compassion as a person. Kim is also wonderful and they make a terrific team. My only hesitation in giving five stars on this review is that she will become even busier than she already is as more people discover how great she is! She deserves all the stars!
