This is our second time ordering and I've been very happy with the product I've received. I love that the website makes it easy to find coordinating pieces so everything matches. I needed keyed door knobs, passage door knobs, privacy door knobs and hinges, and it was very easy to be sure everything would have the same finish. I will be ordering from here again, when we're ready for the next phase of our project!
I had no problems and in fact I got two phone calls from them to give me updates on the order. This was to me a substantial purchase replacing all cabinet hardware after my house flooded. I am also very happy with the quality of the product.
Very easy to deal with. I ordered hinges for older kitchen cabinets and ordered the wrong size. The CSR was really helpful and helped us figure the right size and order them. Thanks again.
