They totally and knowingly screwed me. They charged me for shipping a package to Mexico and then sent the package COD using UPS. I have their receipt, and UPS receipts showing shipping method. They made me prepay by wire transfer so I have no recourse of action. They never have supervisors call back and tell me to contact UPS knowing that YPS has acted in a normal fashion. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Get a better computer system. Learn to give realistic delivery date instead of best case scenario. I had not followup on my order. Finally after talking to four people at three different time, I was promised overnight delivery, and then when I called the order was still in customs, and had no expected real delivery date at all. Wait time on tracking my oder was aproximately 15-30 minutes each time I called.
