I started working at this kitchen about ten years ago, always on Tuesday nights after my other job. Back then it wasn’t easy. I was juggling two jobs, one at a bank and this one just for me, chasing a dream that felt too far away. I always wanted my own business but it seemed impossible with how expensive everything was.
