Super clean and well run kitchen. Totally professional environment with plenty of equipment and space.
This is an excellent kitchen. We sell our products at Woodman's across Illinois and have been using this kitchen since January. It’s truly a great place with wonderful people who are focused and working harmoniously together, unlike the usual chaos found in restaurants. This is my dedicated space, so I don’t have to worry about sharing time. I have a permanent station with assigned storage, allowing me to work in a hassle-free environment.
This place helped us to start our healthy snack food business. We used it as our test kitchen in the front room. Now it is our main production space for supplying large grocery stores like Woodman’s.
