After the Doctors Lawyer showed up to my parenting matter in court, things have not change. She is now being reported to the College of Physicans, it is now over a handful of times she has done this to me. Poor service! Their phone is always busy, and they won't call back. Not recommendable!
My little was born preemie, and we've been seeing Dr. Sy for all her many check ups in the first year and yearly since 2022. The staff are very friendly, and Dr. Sy is great! We've only had to book one interim appointment between the yearly check ups, and the appointment was made in a timely manner. She has a fantastic memory, and really gets to know her patients on a personal level. We look forward to our next appointment in March
The truth is that the service was terrible. I made an appointment in advance. My appointment was at 4 pm by phone and they called me at 3:30 to ask if I was ready because they were going to call me very punctually at 4, which was the exact time my son had his appointment. I called again at 4:15 and they told me that the doctor would call me in 10 minutes. I did not go to my school because I am waiting for that call and very interested in that appointment for my son.
