I purchased an 18K blue diamond ring from MJB about 3 years ago. The ring was advertised as 18k solid white gold this ring was actually plated I rarely wore the ring and within 4 months one of the smaller stones had fallen out. By the time I had a owned the ring for a full year one of the larger stones had fallen out recently I cleaned the ring nearly all of the plating came off. This has been a huge waste of time and money. I placed my order for a pink sapphire white gold ring over two months ago, and never received it. There was a problem with delivery and USPS claims the package is lost and will likely never be delivered. (It has shown a "forwarded status" for over 7 weeks now). Despite contacting MyJewlryBox customer service multiple times, they refuse to send either a replacement or a refund.
