How do I give 0 stars!!! Needed to book a bone density test....called 4 times over 2 days, waiting 15 mins each time for someone to answer....nope, no one ever did So went on website and did the chat online option just to be told they cannot book those through them. She was kind enough to offer to send an email for them to call me to book the appointment but never received a call.... They may be kind in person but how can you find out if you cannot book an appointment!!! Absolutely horrible system!!!!
I don’t want to talk to someone in India that can’t give me the right information the first time. Your call Center needs to be shut down. Given wrong info wasted my time.
