I had a bone scan done recently and wanted to thank Habib for such a positive experience. I am very claustrophobic, and I was extremely nervous going in. Habib was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. He calmly walked me through each step, never rushed me, and helped me feel safe and relaxed the whole time. I had the best welcome even thou I was 5mins late I checked in and they said to have a seat and the technician will be with me shortly, he was very nice and courteous.

I forgot to bring an important paper to my appt. Thea was patient and kind and we worked out a resolution. The staff were kind and happy. It was a great experience as far as medical testing appts. go.

How do I give 0 stars!!! Needed to book a bone density test....called 4 times over 2 days, waiting 15 mins each time for someone to answer....nope, no one ever did So went on website and did the chat online option just to be told they cannot book those through them. She was kind enough to offer to send an email for them to call me to book the appointment but never received a call.... They may be kind in person but how can you find out if you cannot book an appointment!!! Absolutely horrible system!!!!
