The technician was very friendly and professional. My complaint is not providing Xrays. I am disabled and you staff sent me to York St. The lift is always out of order. NOT YOUR FAULT
I recently visited the clinic for an ultrasound examination of my aorta. The clinic was very clean and tidy, and all the staff were friendly and polite. The gentleman who performed my ultrasound (his name started with “Mar…”) was very experienced and patient. He explained everything clearly during the examination, which helped me feel much less worried. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I was comfortable.
Everyone there is so professional, kind and friendly. Highly recommended!
