I do not recommend living in the apartments posted by this rental company. The people that you will be surrounded by are not good people to live around. I have had my car broken into multiple times my property damaged. I've been harassed by the neighbors and their children. It has been a nightmare living in that complex. I do not recommend renting from this company.
Very good professional and helpful
I rented from Mygrant for just over 6yrs, 2014 to 2020. Everyone in the office was ALWAYS pleasant & helpful. They even went the extra mile for my roommate & I more than once. The maintenance was taken care of within 2 days. Our dishwasher leaked into the living room carpet & it was replaced the next day. The maintenance guys were also friendly & helpful. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are the BEST landlords ever. Thank you for your kind treatment!
We've been renting from them for 8 years. Fairly quick to respond to problems. Very friendly, especially Kelly.
