I’ve had consistently horrible experiences with Mygrant Glass over the years. Drivers not showing up, phones going unanswered, being placed on hold indefinitely — and that’s just the start. I’ve called to check on an order only to be left hanging, or worse, had to physically go in person to their San Jose or (God forbid) their Hayward location, where you can expect to wait in line for what feels like hours.
