have been trying to reach your organization for 2 days to obtain a quote for a full windshield replacement for a 2017 Subaru outback. I have tried calling all numbers on the internet and always receive the answering machine. I have left a message and have not received a call back. I have tried completing quotes using the form on the website and every time it says the request cannot be completed. Is this organization in business?
Exceptional service and exceptional people. I was truly delighted. My Nissan pathfinder had been vandalized and the back hatch window smashed. The gentlemen from myglass.ca (and they were gentlemen) did a top notch job at replacing it, and paid attention to alot of detail, including going to the local home hardware to get a new bolt/nut for the rear window wiper (they found the old bolt/nut to be pretty rusted). they installed new window for my caravan and they service was great I felt like a rockstar. I will definitely call them back if needed in the future!
They were not on time to meet appointment, Did not come as prepared as they should have (had to charge their tool inside my house) I have had 2 other chip repairs and this was by far the worst one. Chip became more visible, and seemed to have moisture inside :( Said they would call back to schedule a refund but never did. Blamed me for the bad job because I didn't get it fixed sooner. NEVER AGAIN
