I have been a patient of My Eyes Optometry for over 20 years. We have bought numerous expensive pairs of classes for our family. I have bought the top of the line for my self and my kids. The moment our finances had turned for the worse due to my husbands sickness, I was treated like white trash. I have been going for over 20 years, this is my last visit ever. I am a vetern. I took my glasses in for new nose pads on 15 June 2023. I was informed they would be ready on friday in the morning and that I would get a call. I walked into the store on 19 June 2023 and nothing had been done. Very disappointed in customer service. I went to another eye doctor and they corrected on the spot, free of charge.
My husband went for an appointment because his eyes burn. The total bill was $338.65. His portion was $171.19. I called and questioned the charges. It was explained to me that he signed some papers agreeing for fungus photo...which they did. He also signed for Refraction Patient which basically means a prescription. He did not get a prescription because he did not need glasses! It was explained to me that he signed the form, so he had to pay!
