Both the guy at reception and the doctor were very kind and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and gave me the best prescription I’ve had in a really long time. Definitely will be coming back.
Emilio was able to get us in same-day appointment. He was courteous and accommodating .Dr knuckles explained detailed information and was very helpful. Definitely I will recommend and will be back for our annual exam!!! Kudos for great service! Thank you .
Dr. Rod Knuckles was very knowledgeable and patient. Laura was also very helpful at the front desk. Very quick and easy to make an appointment, we got in next day. It was cool that the doctor was knowledgeable about new market items, like the Total30 lenses! Love that the office does things digitally and has the newest contact tech available to patients.
Worst experience ever. The doctor has made me pay twice and doesn't give me a right prescription and won't change my contacts brand even tho it's his fault. The receptionist is soo RUDE as well and yells at the customers. Won't be going back at all. Id rather pay for a new exam elsewhere then come back.
I made a big mistake going here - I sat with Dr. and asked for eye glasses and contact lens prescriptions. Doctor discouraged me using contacts due to me only having one good eye. I insisted I have been wearing contacts for years and would continue.
