The staff was great. I have no qualms with them. My issue is the manufacturer of my glasses lens. I was experiencing unexplainable cracks developing on the lens of my 2 month old glasses. The staff made the situation right and replaced the lens for free. Fast forward about 5 months after the lens replacement, my lens is now delaminating. I've never experienced these issues (I typically use LensCrafters) once, let alone twice both with brand new lenses. MyEyeDr needs to reevaluate who they utilize to manufacture their lenses.... read more
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fox-Putnam for years. We are very satisfied with the care that we have received from her and the staff. On our recent visit she was running behind because of an emergency appointment she had to schedule in. She and the staff apologized profusely for the wait but in all honesty we were in and out in a little over an hour. Dr. Fox-Putnam took the time to discuss my husband’s exam with me which I appreciated immensely since my husband tends to get overwhelmed with too much information.... read more
The Dr was condescending and treated me like a child. I need real answers not someone raising there voice telling me I'm just getting old. Also the computers seemed very slow. Maybe it's time to reinvest the profits back into the business.
Should have listened to the online reviews. I booked an appointment and got the confirmation. I scheduled this for my only upcoming day off. I called a few times to make sure they would accept my military insurance. They did not answer. They then reached out once (a week before the appointment date) while I was at work. I called back the next day and they had already canceled my appointment and were unable to rebook for any date close to the original date. This place is unprofessional and not worth your time.
