As an office manager in healthcare, I was disturbed when I heard my husband's experience yesterday at this office! He only came in to pick up some safety glasses and noone even acknowledged the fact he walked in the door. He finally noticed a clipboard on the counter and signed in. He sat there and waited and still nothing. It took one of the doctors coming from the back to ask another customer that just walked in, if he could help him. I appreciate the staff at this office. My husband and I had our appointments with Dr. Williamson. It was our first time with him and he was fantastic. I love how he explains everything so clearly for one to understand. Every aspect of our encounter with him was good. He is very professional and the handover to the eyeglass technician, Yami, was so awesome and we hope to work with her next year as well. She's a great addition to this office.
