I had a great experience with the whole team! Dr. Jean-Jacques took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my glasses and contact prescriptions were taken care of. Yami was super helpful with picking out frames and explaining the pricing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! My mother and I had been looking for a good eye doctor for a while, so we’re happy to have had such a great experience! We’ll definitely be coming back for future checkups!

This will be my new eye doctor. Dr J was very knowledgeable and listened and advised me as I explained my eye history. Yami was wonderful and gave great conversation and careful attention to detail with my hardware frames purchase. Just took off one star as I had to make another appointment after having arrivived right at the 10 min grace period mark.
My first time at time at myeyedr. The staff and Doctor was great. Yami was patient and helpful in my selection of new eyeglasses.
The dr was good but the tech I had seemed too “familiar and a little irritated when I asked her to clarify som terms to make sure we are on the same page of what would be done . I’m not an optometrist assistant- she looked at me like I should have known acronyms and terminology used they charge 40 something for a pd test if your dr doesn’t include it - I was looking at some frames tom ford the quoted me 900 just for the frames and justified it by say - well they’re tom ford - Smh their markup is insane- I attached a picture ... read more
