I use to go to the mission bay location and they were nasty never trying to help always with attitude. I was told about this location and they were right!! the staff at the front desk are all very kind and great people. Al helped me with my bifocals and got them under budget (THANK YOU AL!! ). The eye Dr. Salazar Was great he made sure to do a full check on my eyes and made sure I understood the issues!! I give this location a AAA+ and will send anyone asking about a location to go. Firstly the optometrist was friendly and professional so kudos for that. I am disappointed that I took my daughter for an eye examination and my bill ended up over $100.00 and my insurance is in network. The copay for the examination is only $10.00. It's the added items that I wasn't aware of that push up my bill. They didn't advice me prior that they will be doing a retina imaging and contact fitting and it's after they did it I was advised.
