Called and spoke with Jarmel (spelling?) to order a new pair of glasses with existing prescription. He's the only person ar this location and EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. As I'm trying to explain what I needed, he cut me off and began overtalking me telling me. I went into the store to make sure we were on the same page, again rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. Very good eye exam. They take pictures of your retna an can email it to you.
Should of checked the reviews before I went here. My original place was fully booked & you guys had open availability. I spoke on the phone with Christine. Very verybrude woman claims she's the only person in the store at 2 pm in the day time wouldn't let me speak to somebody regarding my glasses after she gives misleading information and on top of that slammed the phone down when hanging up. DON’T GO HERE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Glasses deleted store closed when supposed to be open. Customer service terrible just trying to get you out the door! Told me their too busy & that’s why my glasses are delayed! Definitely recommend going to CRAIN HIGHWAY IN WALDORF MD. They hung the phone up when I asked to speak to higher up (MANAGER)! They are so rude it’s sad I would never treat someone how they’ve treated me! Wanted to put ZERO stars but of course they won’t let me
they where absolutely wonderful to my 8 year old son. I would recommend them to anyone
