What a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure working with Josiah & Marcus throughout my eye exam. Josiah exemplifies professionalism. He was informative, but very kind. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and reassured me through out the whole eye exam. Marcus was so lovely to work with when shopping for my frames. Marcus made my experience feel rich. His attention to detail and consideration of what would fit me best was truly remarkable. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
After the annual eye exam of my teenage daughter, I didnt get any explanation of the test results. We were made to wait over an hour for the test to complete and even then, the doctor didnt sit with us to explain the test results and next steps. The next person (the one who takes the prescription from the doctor) was also looked to be in rush to answer any of my basic questions with regard to the test.
