I had the absolute best customer service experience at this location! This was my first time visiting the Garner location after a less-than-pleasant experience at my usual spot, and I am so glad I gave them a try. Vania and Josiah were incredible—attentive, helpful, and professional. They completely restored my confidence, and I definitely plan on returning to this location for my future eye care needs. Highly recommend!

When my glasses broke and the frame gave out, I went to the White Oak location for a new prescription and glasses. During the process, things didn’t go smoothly, and I was understandably frustrated. When I shared my concerns with Jesus, he truly took charge. He found the exact same frame from another location so my lenses could be fitted and I could still see clearly while waiting. Not off to a great start. Scheduled an in person visit with a doctor a month in advance. Two weeks prior I received a text asking me to check in. I completed the information (name, address, insurance info, etc..) and received a text saying I was all set and they were looking forward to seeing me.
