Jerome was fabulous
My first time experience for my eye vision was AMAZING! Honestly, I went into the office unaware of what to expect, but Jerome stepped in and made the visit worth while. From thoroughly researching my insurance plan, benefits and all included, he made sure that I understood it all. Again, Jerome was IMPECCABLE and I am both eager and excited for when I return next week to pick up my glasses. I’ll definitely be ordering more vision wear in the future all because of him.

The initial appointment was good, and I was informed that I would receive my glasses between 1-2 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I still haven’t received my glasses. I’ve called and was informed they would be here by the 25th of March and never got an update on them until I had to call back. I was hoping to be informed about the whereabouts of my glasses by now and everytime I called, there isn’t a clear indication on them.
