Visit was phenomenal from check in to check out. John was outstanding and explained everything very thoroughly. He has an amazing personality. I will definitely come back here next year. Dr. Kirby and Charlene were amazing as well.
I went about three weeks ago for my eye exam and finally got my glasses and contacts today. My eye exam was fantastic, and the people who helped me pick glasses were also amazing. What was not amazing was the wait time and the front desk ladies. When I checked in, I told the woman (I don't know her name) that I had switched jobs and the insurance on file was not the same. The experience at MyEyeDr was absolutely HORRIBLE from beginning to end. I walked in and both receptionists completely ignored me. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No “we’ll be with you shortly.” Nothing. When I spoke up, the receptionist said she “didn’t know I walked in.” That’s not acceptable. Being aware of customers entering your business is basic customer service. I love my eye dr. On Stantonsburg Rd. Greenville, NC. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kirby, the assistants, the front desk ladies and John! John helped me and was so informative and kind! Everyone is professional and nice!!
My eye exam itself went well, and I want to specifically mention Leland, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. My glasses were broken when I came in, and he took the time to see if he could fix them and genuinely made me feel cared for. Sam, who conducted my eye test, was also professional and thorough.
