I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. After placing my order using one of their premier partner insurance, And waiting two weeks I was told the day before my glasses were supposed to be there that my insurance had denied my frames and that I had to run my order without insurance if I wanted to get the same frames and they could give me a discount that would get me to $128 higher than what I originally paid, but that was as low as they could go. I came into the store just browsing and Gina was so helpful explaining the prices and benefits of different frames. Will definitley come back here again!
I would give this office and all of its staff a negative number if I could. The doctor is lovely and very knowledgeable and kind. The staff, not so much. They are short, sadly, without patience and very inconsiderate and rude. I wish there would be able to take some training in order to help improve all of these basic customer service qualities. After coming here for a few years, just know I will never come back. Good luck to others and I hope no one EVER has the experiences I have.
I have been a customer and patient for over 10 years. The new team is above customer expectations especially Gina. She was so helpful, friendly and she had lot of patience with me and my usual indecision. She rocks!!
