Poor customer service. Currently waiting over 3 weeks for glasses with no official date of delivery. No sense of urgency to update the customer on delays. Was only notified of delays when calling to get an update from the previous update given. Currently still waiting for glasses to be delivered
Such a great experience from start to finish! Jaylon helped me pick out the perfect frames and was genuinely so sweet and patient throughout the process. Dr. Lab was everything you want in an optometrist - knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly efficient. She got me in and out without ever making me feel rushed. Jaliyah made checkout seamless and got me completely squared away with everything I needed. This team is amazing; friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. I’ll definitely be back!
Visited for the first time with an appointment with my brother this month. Great communication and excellent service. We went to collect his glasses and they were great. Do make sure what eye insurance is covered. 100% recommended.
