Awesome, staff and very clean and comfortable office. Jaylon was as professional and courteous as it gets, Jayliah front desk was amazing as well. Dr. B is knowledgeable and informative. I came back here for a reason and definitely reccomend this outfit to anyone seeking a comfortable and consistent experience.
10/10 service they helped me out so well. Everyone i spoke to was kind and speedy. The person who helped us along the process was a gentleman named Jaylnn (probably spelled that wrong lol) he was awesome and super kind.
My daughter and I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout our eye exams. The office was clean, and the entire visit was smooth and well organized. I would definitely recommend this location.
I had a wonderful experience at my eye appointment! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists, Gipsy and Jaliyah, made me feel welcome. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff was professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!
I enjoy my regular visits with this team. No matter where I live around Houston, this is the only place I want to work with to help take care of my vision. Jaliyah was so patient and helpful as I figured out my new glasses and contacts.
