I was very disappointed with my recent visit to myEyeDr. My interaction with Dr. Lisa Bennett was especially concerning. She demonstrated poor bedside manner, appeared rushed throughout the appointment, and did not explain any of her findings. Her demeanor came across as irritated, and I left without a clear understanding of my exam results. Based on this experience, I would not schedule with her again. The lady that helped me after my appointment was actually eating while assisting with me selecting glasses.
Gracie is the sweetest technician I have ever experienced (which are many!!) I will definitely be back purely because of her, what a sweet girl. Thank you.
