My experience here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating in helping me through the process of getting the eye exam to picking out my first pair of glasses. They explained everything perfectly and reassured me throughout the process. I was really appreciative of the support in taking time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I was very disappointed with my recent visit to myEyeDr. My interaction with Dr. Lisa Bennett was especially concerning. She demonstrated poor bedside manner, appeared rushed throughout the appointment, and did not explain any of her findings. Her demeanor came across as irritated, and I left without a clear understanding of my exam results. Based on this experience, I would not schedule with her again. The lady that helped me after my appointment was actually eating while assisting with me selecting glasses.
