I originally left a negative review because I was very disappointed with the customer service I received after my glasses broke. At the time, I felt like I wasn’t being given any reasonable options, especially since the glasses were purchased less than a year ago. I’m happy to update my review and say that MyEyeDr. ultimately listened to my concerns and agreed to replace my glasses. Very disappointed with MYEYEDR today. The customer service I received was extremely poor, and unfortunately, the quality of their products has been just as disappointing. I expected much better from a company I trusted with my eyewear. I hope someone from management sees this and takes my concerns seriously.
I have been to the new several times across from Hancock Village to get my daughter and eye exam and have been disappointed Everytime. They claim they are booked or busy, but literally next to no customers in sight. Yes my kid has insurance and I work for a living so I am more than capable affording the services. As a health care professional I find it very unprofessional and rude. There is no way they couldn't have seen her every time I asked.
