I booked a last minute appointment after struggling to make an appointment for months, I hadn’t been to an eye dr. In around 7 yrs and was extremely nervous to go. The optometrist I saw was very cold and I never was given my results about my eyesight other than being told that I didn’t need glasses. They also did a retinal scan without asking me or explaining that it was an additional charge, if given the option I would have declined. Very scammy to not ask to proceed with an optional test. I was new to the office, keyonna was very helpful, friendly. The office i nice and easy to find.
prescribes you the wrong prescriptions, then once you're fed up with waiting and 'letting your eyes adjust'. They tell you it's been too long and you'll have to pay for new lenses even though you just paid $900 for the ones you have. Not joking, go somewhere else.
