I had worst experience ever!!!!!!! Waiting over 2 weeks for some cheaters glasses! Last Monday drove there to pickup glasses young lady looked me up and says see her on screen they would be here on the 9th ok so I log off work got there 10 min before closing and young man says not here ? Update as of 3/16/2026. Definitely Five Stars: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was thankful and pleasantly surprised that their Department Manager and Customer Relations Department contacted me back to back. After speaking with the Manager, (who was nothing but respectful and didn't think twice when I asked for a refund)--- I had a change of heart. I've noticed, since our beloved Dr. is no longer here this place has gone downhill in customer service. I put my name on the sign in list, waited nearly 30 minutes patiently, just to be skipped and told to wait after they'd called someone else listed after me. Because she "thought", but never asked. I had things to do is why I left. I don't have to wait for anyone who didn't apologize. It will be the last time here. As a matter of fact I want my money back. I'm going somewhere else.
