First and foremost STEPHANIE is the one person I look for at the receptionist desk, the first line of optometry so to speak. She makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I personally feel special. I make my appointments when I know she's there. The doctors (Dr. Hall especially) and technicians are awesome! I'm so glad they are all on the team of giving high quality service and support 🙌🏾 Thank you ALL for being there!
ALWAYS courteous, professional and efficient! Stephanie at the front desk is phenomenal. Have been a patient for over 12 years along with my now adult son (since he was a teen). And now my mom.
Ive been using this clinic for years. Doctors and techs have always been good, which is important. But some of the upfront staff isnt. In fact some of them (up front) are quite curt. Calling the clinic is a chore. For example I waited on hold 15 mins before I decided I was being punished for bothering them, and hung up. Lol. Called back and got put on hold again. I’ve been coming here for several years, and Stephanie is truly wonderful! She is always so incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits and always answers my questions with so much patience. I value her taste so much that I never pick out new frames without getting her honest opinion first. She makes every visit such a great experience!
The only reason I still go there is Dr. Catherine Hall is awesome and actually takes the time to get to know her patients and their vision needs. Ever since they became part of this My Eye Dr. corporation, the rest of the place has gone down hill. I had an 8 AM appointment, showed up and was waiting when they unlocked the doors. For some reason they took the 8:15 in before me, so it was almost 8:30 before I was even called in. Finished the appointment, just ordered new lenses since my frames are in excellent shape.
