I've noticed, since our beloved Dr. is no longer here this place has gone downhill in customer service. I put my name on the sign in list, waited nearly 30 minutes patiently, just to be skipped and told to wait after they'd called someone else listed after me. Because she "thought", but never asked. I had things to do is why I left. I don't have to wait for anyone who didn't apologize. It will be the last time here. As a matter of fact I want my money back. I'm going somewhere else.
Love them and been seeing them for years. Dr. Hall is great and Brenda was so helpful with choosing frames and getting me all set.
I definitely recommend coming here! Not being able to see is extremely frustrating so when i absolutely needed help with my contacts, Brenda, helped me & definitely made me feel cared for! She listened, understood, and knew exactly how to help me. Brenda, I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate you!
