Theres no reason why I paid for photochromic lenses to protect my eyes from the sun and these glasses, I received have zero protection. Zero shade when it’s very sunny outside.
Very professional and knowlegeable
The doctor I saw was amazing. It was Dr. Carly. The front desk staff was rude, and my wait was almost an hour. I’d been having an insurance issue between my insurance provider and cobra. I knew about it and mentioned it at the front of the appt to front desk and I was ignored. I was asked for my insurance card 3 times when I don’t have an insurance card with VSP. Dr Carlie didn't listen to me or previous drs I've had and I had to wait a month to get my contacts. Then she gave me the wrong kind that I had told her I'd returned last year because they were too thick. God knows how long it will take me to get the right kind. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, none of them asked me - hey, these are the kind you returned last year. Are you sure you want us to order them?
