Someone got arrested at this location earlier this week because the manager was incredibly rude over the phone . They refused to give them the information to make a complaint and instead of just giving this customer the information needed to make a complaint / asking for information they simply needed. The cops were called. Management is absolutely below hell and I hope they are held accountable. Its embarrassing.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding how I was treated during my son’s 1:15 p.m. appointment at your office. Upon arrival, the office manager asked me to complete paperwork. As a personal practice, I take photos of documents that I sign so that I can review them later. While doing so, I noticed that the paperwork contained incorrect information.
