This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had getting an eye exam from beginning to end doctor Leena was attentive and helpful as well as Niketa at the end making me feel so comfortable putting the perfect end to a wonderful experience and the nurse technician Cleaned my glasses I had up and tightened them for an all around wonderful experience I cannot recommend enough
Got new glasses at this Belmont location of MyEyeDr. Stopped by two weeks later to have the glasses inspected as they were causing me headaches and I suspected something is not right. I stood at the entrance, in view of 3-4 staff, none of whom came to greet me and ask me how they can help me. They were all focused on patients coming out of Doctors' offices. After 20 minutes, I just left. Poor service, very disapppointed. Then I called them on the phone and was told "just stop by" - dah!
I recently got my first pair of glasses at this office and had a great experience. Dr. Macbeth was amazing and took extra time to answer all my questions. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. After my appointment lara helped me find a great pair of glasses that I love. She was very nice and explained everything throughly, making the entire process easy and pleasant.
