I had to get my first pair of glasses and this eye doctor was great. Dr Haidar was awesome and really easy to talk to. Lara picked outa lot of great options for my glasses and helped me narrow it down to what I ended up choosing. She was really sweet and funny. Overall I would recommend this office to a friend.
I recently had a situation with my glasses which caused significant damage to the frame. I had the warranty which covered this damage. While opening a claim I was told that the warranty had expired three or four months ago. They honored it without hesitation That saved me at least $1,300.00. The frame was discontinued (of course) so the office manager had to get involved, and sourced it from an office in California. She also ordered me new lenses. This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had getting an eye exam from beginning to end doctor Leena was attentive and helpful as well as Niketa at the end making me feel so comfortable putting the perfect end to a wonderful experience and the nurse technician Cleaned my glasses I had up and tightened them for an all around wonderful experience I cannot recommend enough
