I had a fantastic first experience at the MyEyeDr. Kings Park location! From the moment I checked in, Emily was incredibly helpful and provided very clear information. I was also so impressed by the manager, Amy. She was remarkably patient and respectful with my husband, who can be quite a talkative handful! Her ability to engage with him with such understanding meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this branch for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I have a super high prescription, practically blind. My doctor recommended hi indez 174 with rock anti-scratch. I called several offices and this office in Burke has it. Went in with my wife so she could help me pick frames. The sales lady Emily helped me pick some glasses that would fit my needs and fit my big face properly. Everyone was so friendly I did not want to leave! I visited this location twice - once to get a pair of glasses for my 1 year old daughter who they were so kind and patient with! I went the following day to get a pair of glasses for myself - they were able to find the notes they had taken the previous year of the frames that I liked! Thank you so much! I’ll be back soon!
All the ladies are so nice! Amy helped me pick the cutest frame and the receptionist, Moj, found my insurance even though my job didn’t give me a card! Great job ladies!
