I have been going to this office for several years now. They have always had exceptional service. My most recently visit was less impressive. The optometrist insinuated I wasn’t smart enough to keep contacts of different strengths separate for comparison purposes. When I insisted I could, she accommodated, but was brisk and dismissive. I recommend asking for Dr Oneby when scheduling, she has alway been great and all the office staff are great.

The staff at this location is amazing. I have sensory processing disorder. I've been in once to exchange my frames and several times since to get the new ones adjusted. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful, especially Luis, who has patiently adjusted my glasses multiple times and reassured me that accommodations are possible if I continue to struggle with my current pair. Extremely kind and compassionate individual 10/10
