Lori and her team have done and did a fantastic job ordering, fitting and fabricating my glasses when they can in. Between my wife and I, we have probably ordered, maybe 10 pairs of glasses (maybe more) from Lori and team and she has ALWAYS taken such great care of us, so much so that I found a place I could have gotten my glasses done cheaper….., but it may have been just that “cheaper” so we decided to stay with Lori….. I had great customer service but that is to be expected. I am a paying customer. Where they really hit it out of the ball park was repairing my glasses when they had been stepped on. I didn’t believe they could ever be worn again but Melissa worked magic on them and when I picked them up…she said “no charge, we don’t charge for repairs.” Wow….that’s customer service. They won my loyalty. Thank you so much.
