Front office staff is completely unorganized concerning communication. It has created numerous issues over the past year of me going there over simple issues. There's a chaotic and confusing atmosphere that isn't professional or appropriate for patients sitting and waiting to be seen. Dr Harpin on the other hand has been great and has gone above and beyond to get the right prescription for my glasses. I spent 2 months total ordering glasses. One was sunglasses and they never could get the prescriptionright for some reason so I had to return them twice.
