I needed an adjustment on my reading glasses, and this location was incredibly helpful. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They were even aware of the issue I had at another location, and they took the time to apologize and show understanding. When you only need an eye exam and make 3 appointments because THEY they keep canceling them it's a problem. In the passed when I have ordered glasses it's taken 3 months to get. My family will no longer be using MyEyeDr.
