I went a year ago I thought this place was Bogus BUT I GOT MY EYES CHECKED RECENTLY AND MY EYES WITH GLASSES WERE 20 20 FAR AND READING so I can't complain

Called them to see if the glasses came in they said yes they are here so I asked when did they come in and she said a few days again so there were sitting over there for days came by and picked them up so two days later they call and said your glasses are in.are you kidding me that whole group has no idea what’s going on.Today I called to order contacts the girl says I’ll have someone call you right back guess what no call back as soon as I get the contacts that is if I ever get them all of my family members will never be ba... read more

Very rude lady, tried to make three appointments asked if she can check insurance. Mind you I was already on hold for 6 minutes. She puts me on hold again. Another 3 minutes. I hang up call back and she gonna say can I hold! Hell no, she says I’m checking your insurance. How ma’am? When you never asked the name, phone number (because I changed it) birthdays or insurance numbers. You was so quick to make the appointment but as soon as I mentioned can she check the insurance I get placed on hold!
