People were great.. it was an easy procedure..
Went in to the Jax Beach MyEyeDr for an annual appointment. The staff at this location was amazing. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Wade, Lina and Sandy have such great customer service. From exams, to picking out the perfect glasses to the quick and prompt turn around on the pick up. Very courteous and helpful. Definitely will recommend to everyone this location.
I had an amazing experience with this eye doctor company. The entire staff is warm, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in. The office is very clean, organized, and inviting, which makes the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. I left a very positive review a year ago. Now it’s a completely different story: rude staff, I came to order glasses with prescription from that same office several months ago, they could not verify my insurance and did not bother to try, I waited for over an hour, they paid no attention to me. I went to Clear view eye care on Atlantic Blvd, where staff took their time to verify my insurance and complete the ordering glasses. Great customer service! I stopped by from out of state to ask for my glasses to get fixed which I purchased at another eye doctor. Wade was so kind and fixed my classes right away.
