Good optometry service for several years, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I have an urgent question. They want everything done online, so they clearly don't care that a large percentage of the population still expects prompt customer service IN PERSON. I'm done with this company. I miss Dr. Brodie.
Came in for an eye appointment and ended up being told my copay would be $161 Because I have an astigmatism and eyemed will only pay 10 percent of that type of fitting. I have never paid more than $50 for my yearly exams so I was quite shocked at triple the amount especially when i have a whole family that needs eye care that really sky rockets the cost right out the gate. Target charged me $50 last year which is my $10 copay and $40 Contact lens fitting to look at my eyes and included the contact follow ups even with my ast... read more
