They tried to Bill me separately from my Insurance. Dual members pay 0. They said the secondary Insurance wouldn't pay the rest of the bill. Turned out to be a lie. BeWare!

Dr. Was very professional. Not a good overall experience. Wanted new lenses for very sturdy, wide frames. They had me sign a waiver that if they damaged them in handling that I could purchase from them for 50% off. No follow up for three weeks so I called and they had to find frames. Next day they called to say they were broken in handling, reminded me of waiver stating i could purchase from them for 50% off...no thanks.
came in about a year ago for an eye exam and to get glasses. the front desk ladies right off the bat treated me very differently because i was using medicaid insurance. i got my eye exam. when i got my glasses, i told the lady that i couldn’t see at all out of the prescription. it made me very dizzy. that i thought the prescription wasn’t correct. she told me that everyone says that when they first get new glasses and that it will feel fine in a few days. fast forward, it is a year later and it never went away. i am complete... read more
I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Before you go buy your glasses from them take into consideration that the quality of your lenses will not be great my daughter has a pair of transitional lenses and scratch resistant supposedly is what I purchased. Now they said just because I didn’t get insurance on the glasses I would have to cough up another 500 dollars just to get them fixed and clearly looking at the lenses that is a blur on the inside of the actual lens.
