I had just broken my glasses and stopped by with my sister to get new glasses for her. I thought I would ask if they could repair my glasses even though I’m not a patient. Not only did they repair them, they did it at no charge. I also love their assortment of glasses. I may have to switch to this provider!
I have worn prescription glasses for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that my experience with MyEyeDr. was the worst optical experience I have ever had. The glasses I received are not just disappointing, but they are also shockingly poorly made. These are, without question, the most expensive and the most useless pair of glasses I have ever owned. Fantastic and friendly service from start to finish! Was able to get some glasses and sunglasses and from Niko and they’re working out great so far.
Lily helped me pick out some very nice glasses that fit me perfectly!
They repaired my glasses for free. Lenses were good but the frame strings were broken. Quick and friendly service.
