Very helpful and friendly
Had an appt April 9th. Got the glasses May 12th, a month later. The script was not right. They told me they would re-order the lenses and they would be back within 10 days. I call on May 22, and they tell me, oops, we forgot to put the order in. Did I mention I have a stye and can’t wear my contacts? So I am literally unable to do anything because I don’t have a pair of glasses to wear. So now, that they’ve actually put the order in, they tell me it could potentially be another 10 days.
