All the people saying negative things must have been having a bad day, personally I couldn't be happier with my experience, great staff and very knowledgeable.
I was late 10 minutes to an appointment and then spent another couple minutes waiting for a receptionist to check me in and they told me 12 minutes was beyond their grace period and I needed to reschedule. Also, the very expensive glasses I bought from them didn’t last very long - three years and they fell apart and lenses coating got scratched and peeled off, hence the new appointment I was trying to make.
Always satisfied and happy when coming to this location! Dr Bullock always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and he and his staff are quick and thorough with the exam portion. Unlike other optometrists I've been to, it's never taken more than around half an hour from start to finish. I've also never had anyone on staff make me feel awkward for requesting a copy of my prescription so that I can get frames from other places. I always leave feeling respected and happy with the experience.
I went into this place around March or April 2025 got all these little tests taken took them fiirever to get trial ciontacts to get me a right trial anthat didn’t work they ordered contacts. I have two boxes of contacts. I can’t even use and I can’t see any better then when I first went in there. . I called them got no answer.
