The staff there are so friendly, especially Will who often answers the phone. He helped me so much in making sure that this place took in Medicaid. Chloe was so sweet in helping me get my glasses, and Dr. Batalo assisted me in getting the right prescription. Altogether it’s really a great location.
First, Rachel is such an angel. She was so nice to me both times I came when though I was late both times. She helped me with everything I needed with having my contacts shipped to my house and fixing the arm to my glasses. Last, Dr Piacentino is one of the best eye doctors I've had. He was relaxed and informative when telling me everything about my prescriptions and recommendations. He was patient when giving me answers. Overall an amazing experience. This will be my eye home for a while
Excellent service! I got a new pair of glasses, which kept falling off when I bent over. Rachel and William, the manager, worked together to get new frames. Win Win!!!!!

This was my first visit to this office. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was reasonable and the prices were great. Thank you for getting me in today. I would recommend this office if you’re looking for an eye doctor.
