Great experience. I didn’t know much about glasses when I showed up today. Got my eyes checked for the first time in ~15 years (32 now) Stephanie not only assisted in my style choice but also broke the payment down for it to make sense for me. My insurance was great but Stephanie and MyEyeDr rocked! Go in and SEE for yourself
Amazing customer service, moved out of state but still choose this over every other option. Dr. Mocklis and Tara Baker were especially helpful and personable. 10/10

I did not enjoy my experience at myeyedr in Portsmouth. I won't be returning and I would not recommend this optometrist. UPDATE: If I could give zero stars I would. After all this hassle they incorrectly billed my insurance causing the claim to be denied and sent me an invoice for the balance. What a HEADACHE!
