My husband could not see correctly out of the right lens in his glasses. It was bad enough that he is wearing his old glasses instead of the new ones. He took the glasses in for them to check and was told the glasses are good and if he wants to come back to be checked it’s a $50 refraction price. Our insurance already covered a full exam. I guess I’ll reach out to insurance they should at least know their preferred providers suck.
