I will never go back to my eye doctor in Springfield Ohio. Was told my bill when I left my appointment 6 months ago of 200plus dollars was paid in full. I then get a bill of 64.00 dollars yes I threw it away figuring it was a mistake (which has happened more than once at this location). It’s now June and the 64.00 bill was sent to collections.
