MyEyeDr. in Williston VT was hands down the best! Everyone was super friendly and caring. Ashley was amazing and made my daughter so happy with her kindness. I would 100% recommend them!!!!
Updated Review as of 9/10/25 : So I spoke to the people I was referred to by the company in order to address this, and decided to bump my review from a 2-Star to a 1-Star. They told me that they would address the situation to the optometrist and get back to me, which never happened. No apology, no updates, it really felt like they didn't care about this incident which is a little more insulting than if the company had just ignored my review here. Excellent care given to me by Opticians , Ashley and Mariah ! I’d ordered rose colored sunglasses glasses, took them home and realized I did not like the way the looked on my face .. ( ahh vanity .. ) So I called Ashley , she said no problem … Brought them back next day and Voála..!! Mariah and Ashley together figured out the right shade of blue ( #3 with gradient to 2 for the bifocal area ). Oh Happy Day ! Thank you Thank you Thank you !!!!!!
Just OK, front desk is very polite and professional, the doctor was nice but gave us conflicting information and the person that checked us out also gave conflicting information (she also interrupted my sons exam to ask the doctor a question, which I found very unprofessional), so checking out was a frustrating experience. The selection of frames is just OK, not a lot of options and not fully covered with insurance.
