I was unfamiliar with this particular establishment, but we happened to be in the area late on a Friday afternoon because my daughter had accidentally scratched her cornea and was in a lot of pain. I thought I would be told to call back. Instead, Shelly, the Office Manager tweaked the schedule and provided an immediate (within 30 minutes) appointment. I had a great experience today with Tracy, she gave me a few options of frames to choose from an also helped me choose the perfect match. She was very polite patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to everyone.
