Super nice people and they take care of you... as long as you are buying a prescription. But, if you have a problem with your lenses and go in to seek help, forget it. I felt totally invisible. After an hour of no one even saying they will be with me soon, i just got up and left and no one said a thing. Yet much of that 1 hour i was there, they were not busy at all and seeing a lot of people doing not much of anything. Very disappointing. Update 1 month after the above... I want to thank Dr Stovall & Tara for going above & beyond for me today. During my exam Dr Stovall found that my eye pressure was way too high and need ed to be brought down immediately. It was late in the day on the 3rd of July Tara jumped into action attempting to find a Dr who could see me ASAP. She didn't give up until she found someone to help! I am forever grateful for all they did for me! Excellent customer service!
Absolutely amazing place to go. They are so helpful go into depth about prescription, your vision, and what your insurance covers. They make sure you are aware of every option and make the best decision for your eyes. Best customer service and great people!
Good glasses and nice selection of them and have good frames and lenses and not to much money. 5 stars
